FOR EVERYONE'S ENJOYMENT...
Mercey Hot Springs attracts guests of all ages and backrounds. There are local and/or state laws that mandate regulations that we need to abide by as well as guidelines that we have established that are needed for the benefit and safety of everyone. As appropriate, we have posted signs in various areas and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with abiding by them.
CLOTHING - Because we are open to the public and taking the physical layout of the resort into consideration, we have to establish guidelines as to what areas are optional for clothing. The only areas that are clothing optional are the private indoor rooms with soaking tubs (in the bath house) and the therapeutic hot tubs (in the cabin area). All other areas are clothing required.
QUIET TIME - One of the more pleasurable aspects of Mercey Hot Springs is the absence of noise and rarely do you hear any vehicle traffic or aircraft (jet) noise. Winter and Spring is most notable with the migration of many species of birds as well as the emergence of frogs that are coming out because of recent wet weather. Sleeping in, reading, or just simply daydreaming with the music these animals provide are just a few of pleasures you can experience while visiting Mercey Hot Springs. For the comfort of all, quiet time is from 10 P.M. to 8 A.M.
GLASS - No glass bottles are allowed in the Pool, Hot Tub or the Bath House area.
Please refrain from alcoholic beverages in these areas as well for safety
reasons.
FOOD - Food is NOT allowed in the Pool, Hot Tub or the Bath House area.
SMOKING - Mercey Hot Springs is a non-smoking facility and there will be a $200 fee for evidence of smoke in any cabin or other common-area building.
COOKING - Visitors are welcome to bring coleman (or similar camp stoves) as well as Bar-B-Q's to cook their meals. We have a large Bar-B-Que that can be made available for large groups ( please let us know in advance if it's needed.) Also, future plans will include cooking facilities complete with stove, refrigerator and a microwave oven. You will need to bring your own Pots, Pans, utensils etc. Please do not place Bar-b-Ques on top of picnic tables or on cabin decks.
CAMPFIRES - Campfires are permitted only during winter season and in designated fire pits. YOU MUST CHECK WITH THE OFFICE PRIOR TO STARTING ANY CAMPFIRE!
PETS - No pets in any buildings including bath and pool houses, cabins, pool or hot tub areas – NO EXCEPTIONS! Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while in the village area – NO EXCEPTIONS! Please bring "doggie-poo" bags to clean up. Pets may not be left in cars. For the consideration and safety of all our guests, barking & roaming pets will not be allowed. There will be a $200 fee for evidence of any pet hair in any cabin.
