Children Ages 0 - 2 – No Charge Ages 3 and above – Full Rate
Reservations Effective as of June 1, 2009, all reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and will be charged in full at the time the reservation is made.
Group Reservations Group reservations may only be made with a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount which will be charged at the time the reservation is made however no group reservations will be accepted on Holiday weekends.
Group Discounts A 10% discount applies to groups of 10 or more paying guests. To qualify for the discount all guests must arrive, register and pay at the same time.
Cancellation Policy All cancellations and changes are subject to a $35 processing fee regardless of special circumstances and/or weather conditions.
Weekdays & Non-Holiday Weekends Cancellation Policy Cancellations on weekdays and non-holiday weekends must be received no later than 12:00 Noon, 7 days prior to the 1st day of the reservation date.
Holiday Weekends Cancellation Policy Cancellations on holidays and holiday weekends must be received no later than 12:00 Noon, 14 days prior to the 1st day of the reservation date.
Group Reservation Cancellation Policy Notification of a cancellation must be received no later than 21-days prior to the 1st day of the reservation date in order to receive a refund of the full deposit. Cancellations made within 14-days of the reservation date will receive 50% of the reservation deposit. Cancellation made less than 14-days prior to the reservation date forfeit the entire deposit.
ALL NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Smoking Policy Mercey Hot Springs is a non-smoking facility and there will be a $200 fee for evidence of smoke in any cabin or other common-area building.
Pet Policy Overnight guests $10 per pet, per day – RV, and camping guests only. No pets in any buildings including bath and pool houses, cabins, pool or hot tub areas – NO EXCEPTIONS! Day Use guests - $5 per pet, per day. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while in the village area – NO EXCEPTIONS! Please bring "doggie-poo" bags to clean up. Pets may not be left in cars. For the consideration and safety of all our guests, barking & roaming pets will not be allowed. There will be a $200 fee for evidence of any pet hair in any cabin.
Check-in time 3 PM - for all guests. Early arrivals have to pay a day-use-rate to use facilities. (if arriving later than 8 PM please call 209-826-3388 to make special arrangements)
Check-out time 12 PM - for all guests. All guests must be out of their cabin, campsite or RV site by 12 PM however you may stay until 2 PM at no additional charge. Late departures will incur a day-use-rate at the normal fee.
Business Hours 9 AM to 8 PM - daily
Extended stays can be arranged (ahead of time) by paying an additional day-use-rate
